Will a noon discount code work if you choose cash on delivery?

In general, yes; the noon Help Center doesn't forbid it. But keep two things in mind: some offers ask for a particular payment method, and some products can only be bought with advance payment.

In Saudi Arabia this service costs you SAR 18. You won't find it if your order goes above SAR 6,500, or if you pick delivery to a locker or to a gift address.

The cost of noon delivery varies from one city to another, and the time of your order affects it too. You will see the full amount before you confirm payment.

The easiest option is to subscribe to noon One for SAR 29.99 a month. With it, you pay no delivery fee on noon Express orders above SAR 50. In Riyadh, an eligible order above SAR 100 also reaches you on the same day at no charge. If you are a new subscriber, your first 7 days are free.

Can I pay for my noon order in installments?

Yes. On noon Saudi Arabia you can pay for the order in 4 payments at most through Tabby or Tamara, with no interest. The plans that suit your order appear when you pay.

If your order is above SAR 1,000, you can also pay in installments with a credit card from selected Saudi banks. Installments are not available when you pay cash on delivery.

What is the return period at noon, and when will I get my money?

You have 15 days from the day you receive it to send back any item that accepts returns, and the product page itself tells you this. Some items can't be sent back, including groceries, food and underwear.

The refund usually takes between 5 and 7 working days, starting once noon has handled the return. What you paid for shipping or for the cash on delivery service is not given back after delivery.

Why is my noon discount code refused?

These are the reasons that come up most often, as noon's offer terms describe them:

  • Your order already carries another offer or code. noon usually doesn't let two offers stack, unless the terms state otherwise.
  • The discount code covers certain categories or products, and what is in your cart doesn't belong to them.
  • You have used the code before, and it has a set number of uses.

noon's largest sales come with Yellow Friday in late November, and the 11.11 offers usually come before it. More offers also appear during Ramadan and on Saudi National Day.
